  • Referral Rewards Program

Getting your home inspected is one of the most important things you can do, bar none. Not only does a home inspection help you to protect your financial investment, it also helps you to protect your family’s health and safety.

Although the home inspection industry has a well-defined target market comprising Realtors, many Realtors refer us once and then never again because they consider us too nitpicky and too thorough. The results of our home inspections sometimes force them to have to work too hard, to negotiate too much, over things in the report that might make a difference to you. Even when Realtors refer us, many of them don’t like us interfering with their commission paychecks, and a mere 2% commission on the average $250,000 house is a hefty $5,000 that they might have to work hard for. So we’re stuck between a rock and a hard place in trying to do our best job for our Clients—YOU—while trying to keep our target market happy at the same time. It’s difficult, at best.

To that end, though, we believe that we should be marketing to the actual people who would pay us for our services and people like you, our Clients, who have already experienced our services. So we have a Referral Rewards Program for our Clients that allows you to earn back your complete inspection fee simply by referring your family, friends, and business associates to us when those people need a home inspection. And when they have a thorough, educational home inspection by us, they can also earn back their complete inspection fee through our Referral Rewards Program.

Below is a set of three gift checks that you can give to anyone you know who needs a home inspection. Feel free to make copies and give away as many as you like. Each time that a gift check is returned on a completed home inspection, we’ll send you a $20 check simply for referring them to us.

I also try to refer business to my Clients whenever possible. Please email me at bungalowstomansions@gmail.com and let me know what business you are in and how I can refer people to you or to your company.

Bungalows to Mansions Inspections Service provide several types of inspection services to meet your needs whether you are buying your first home (Buyer’s Inspection), Selling your home (Seller’s Inspection), maintaining the home you already live in (Maintenance and Warranty Inspections), preparing to remodel (Remodeling Inspection), or are concerned about a problem you may have noticed in your home like water or mold damage (Investigative Inspections), Looking to save money on your homeowners insurance (Insurance Discount Inspection). No matter the type of inspection you need, our inspection services are designed to add that extra sense of security that every homeowner wants.

Congratulations on your new property, and always remember that you can contact me at any time for any reason.
